A couple of the sources do fall under multiple categories, if not all 3. I placed them in specific categories based on their helpfulness to bodybuilders. I am planning on doing another more advanced article on essential fatty acids, Omega 3/6/9 later on as well. Including all that into this one article would be just too much, and would interfere with the main point I'm trying to make, including external fat sources is crucial to a bodybuilders success. Thanks for checking out my site though, and I would enjoy any other feedback you have, I want to make the site the best it can be!</description>
