Is it worth me buying a 2 pound of whey and a 2 pound of casein protein, or should i just stick to a 5 lb of Whey and make sure I eat eggs/cheese daily?
I tend to suggest that people stay away from purchasing casein protein powder for many reasons. Also, casein protein is very abundant in common, everyday foods that are very economical to purchase.
